Nate Smith is the owner/operator and has 15 years experience as a Shimano factory technician. He's the guy you can trust to fix your reels/rods at a great price with a great attitude! Before relocating to Texas in 2016, Nate was Shimano's Senior Lead Service Technician and has traveled around the country training consumers & service centers in reel repair.
